BanaNext is committed to respecting your rights regarding your personal data. This guide explains how to request deletion of your personal account and related data.
Important Notice for Plantation Enterprise Representatives:
If you are a plantation executive seeking to delete entire farm datasets (beyond individual employee data), please contact us through your dedicated B2B enterprise contract account manager. Enterprise farm-wide deletions require verified corporate legal authority and may affect active contractual obligations.
1. For Farm-Provisioned Accounts (Team Leaders, Supervisors)
Your BanaNext account was provisioned by your plantation's Administrator. To initiate account deletion:
- Contact the Administrator of your plantation - this is the fastest resolution method since Admins directly manage staff lifecycles in the system.
- If your Admin fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe or if you wish to exercise your statutory rights independently, please contact KaiLumi Tech directly.
2. Contact KaiLumi Tech Directly
Submit your account/data deletion request via email: privacy@bananext.com
Please provide the following verification details:
- Your full name, registered email address, and phone number in the BanaNext system.
- The name of the plantation/enterprise where you work.
- Reason for deletion request (optional).
3. Data That Will Be Completely Purged
- Account authentication profile: Full name, registered email, phone number, encrypted password.
- Profile photograph and avatar assets.
- Platform login access permissions and associated active sessions.
4. Data Anonymized Instead of Complete Deletion
Under applicable export certification rules and laws, historical operational records (daily production logs, material input logs, lot harvest logs) cannot be permanently removed if they are essential to preserving the continuity of the plantation's GlobalGAP export audit trail. In such cases, your personal identity (name, staff ID) will be permanently anonymized with generic system aliases, while objective operational metrics are preserved for audit purposes. We will clearly state the actual scope of deletion versus anonymization in our formal response. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
5. Processing Timeline
Requests are processed within 30 business days following receipt of complete, verifiable identification credentials.
